  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the service.
  1. Data Usage

You acknowledge that the school/administrator owns the data input into the ERP. We store and process data on their behalf and under their direction.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing may change with prior notice.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and features of the platform are the intellectual property of Our School ERP or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or resell any part of the system without written permission.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
